Panadnus Lassi

Pandanus Lassi

Pacific islander's love pandanus fruit. But 100% pandanus juice is too strong to drink as it is. Mixing it with some yogurt and honey will make it a perfect breakfast drink.

Yield: 2 servings

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup (6oz/170g) plain yogurt
  • 1/2 cup milk (whole, reduced fat, nonfat, soy)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • 3/4 cup fresh pandanus juice
  • 1 tablespoon honey

Cooking Directions

  1. Put all the ingredients into a blender and blend well. Pour into a glass with ice cubes.
